Paton Center for Hummingbirds

Tucson Audubon’s Paton Center for Hummingbirds is another great stop in the Patagonia area. Decades ago, the Center started as a private residence that welcomed thousands of visitors each year to see the site’s many species of hummers, including superstars like violet-crowned hummingbird and plain-capped starthroat. The Center soon became world-renown among birders. Today, Tucson Audubon manages the Center and has created a truly exceptional experience with plenty of great places to just sit and enjoy these tiny wonders.
