Cattail Cove State Park
This 2,000-acre park is one of the most prolific sites on the Havasu Trail, located on Lake Havasu. Many uncommon waterfowl and shorebirds can be seen in the cove along with a rich mixture of desert and riparian birds. The park benefits from being on the Colorado River migration route plus is a resting place for pelagic birds that travel in from the west. The park is popular and frequented by locals and winter visitors. The beach, boat ramp, and 61 campsites at Cattail Cove State Park offer a broad spectrum of activities for all to enjoy.
