Lake Havasu – Site 6
Site 6 is next to Beachcomer Estates, a mobile home park in Lake Havasu City. The site is on a jetty that extends southwest into Lake Havasu and is located next to a boat launch giving access to Lake Havasu. A scenic island trail can be leisurely walked in order to observe migrating birds, waterfowl, gulls and shorebirds attracted to the lake. The desert habitat of the area is also home to several western bird species. Over 150 bird species have been identified from this site.
