Lynx Lake
A 55-acre reservoir located at 5,530 feet elevation is approximately 5 miles east of Prescott in the Bradshaw Mountains. Visitors are attracted to the mild weather, the cool ponderosa pine forest, trout fishing, boating, mountain hiking, horseback riding, archaeological sites, and bird watching.
Lakeshore Trail is a 2.5 mile long paved trail that leads all the way around the lake. There is a riparian area close to the parking lot. Bald eagles are common sightings along with Mandarin ducks.
