McHood Park

McHood Park Lake, also known as Clear Creek Reservoir, carves through beautiful Coconino Sandstone cliffs and McHood Park.  The reservoir holds abundant water year-round.  McHood Park occupies two sides of Clear Creek, a north side and a south side. The north side has overnight and day camping sites and covered eating areas.

The east section of the park is more like a lake, spreading out and providing expansive wading, swimming, bird-watching and fishing areas. This section is wide and green with reeds and small islands.
