Hiking trail - from parking lot at end walk left then through a gate and down into canyon.
Sparrows - 1st part of road look for White-crowned, Brewer's, then Sagebrush, Black-throated , Savannah's, and Vesper. In canyon look for Black-chinned, Chipping, and Rufous-crowned. In April Lark Sparrows near where pavement turns to dirt.
