Veterans Oasis Park
This 113-acre multi use recreational park, consists of 4.5 miles of paths, a small lake, and six recharge ponds with revolving water levels surrounded by revegetated native Sonoran Desert Scrub and riparian habitat. Waterfowl and migrating birds can be found around the ponds. Burrowing Owls reside in artificial burrows on the islands of several ponds.
